J. Pierpont Morgan Library's Islamic manuscript paintings
Those who have visited it know that the resplendent New York library of
financier J. Pierpont Morgan is less a museum than a walkable trove of
artistic and cultural riches. Among those riches is a valuable
collection of Islamic manuscript paintings, which has never been
exhibited in its entirety — until now.
